High-Flex Robot Cables
PushCorp equipment comes standard with a set of High-Flex, Robotic Cables. These cables can be ordered at various lengths, clockings, and segments to provide customers with solutions that can be tailored to their robotic process. Both Feedback and Power cables are stranded in pairs and intended for flexible stresses. Their versatility and durability make them a perfect complement to our material-removal, end-of-arm tooling, which is designed to process parts in any orientation. In order to specify the correct cables, it is important to identify the various options available. The following sections will provide an overview of each PushCorp cable offering so you can select the ones that will best fit your application. Based on the cable, you can use the specifications below to determine cable diameter, bend radius, max temperature, and the certifications. For example, if the cable part number on your quote is 576G-811M14-943FG, the middle number “811″ is the part number for the cable.

PushCorp has designed a series of tool shafts to aid the customer when performing random orbital sanding operations. These are designed with counter weights and eccentrics based on the desired sanding disk diameter and orbit diameter. The 5″ & 6″ disc units are are tapped to accept 5/16-24 male threaded disks, while the 3″ disc units are tapped for 1/4-20. Disks are available from several abrasive manufacturers to support a wide variety of media. The following charts show the appropriate PushCorp Assembly number for a desired Sanding Disk Diameter & Orbit Diameter.

PushCorp has designed a series of brackets to make integrating our equipment easier than ever. All of our Force Compliance Devices have a 90mm circular bolt pattern on the horizontal mounting plate. This 90mm bolt pattern can be mounted to any of the robot adapter plates in the “3D & 2D Downloads” section. If there is not a bracket for your robot in this list, we will make one!

We also have several different mounting plates and brackets to mount our spindles to the force compliance device. Whether you are mounting in the parallel or perpendicular configuration, these brackets make that easy. Unsure of what bracket you need or need something custom?
